This directory contains files describing parts of the COSPAR
International Reference Atmosphere (CIRA-86)

The data and processing are described in
arts-xml-data/atmosphere/cira86/README.FIRST.

The data are here packed into a single file for each quantity:
climatology files. The time dimension is day-of-the-year (doy). The
January data are placed at doy 15 etc. In addition, the mean opf
January and December data are placed at doy 0 and 367 to cover a
complete year.
